Rachel Haakenson, Communications and Public Affairs Director, on working with me at NeighborImpact

What stood out immediately was his ability to translate complex tools and technologies into systems that staff could actually use and adopt.
He doesn't just respond to requests, he proactively anticipates needs, researches solutions thoroughly, and brings back options that are already vetted and ready to implement.
He is also an exceptional teacher. Drawing on his background in education, he meets people where they are, adapts his approach to different skill levels, and ensures that new tools and processes actually stick.
Grant approaches people and problems without judgment, adjusts quickly to different working styles, and takes ownership in a way that makes everyone around him more effective.
The scope of his work has expanded on several occasions over the years with NeighborImpact, thanks to his seemingly limitless capacity, skill versatility, and appetite for improving systems and helping people.
Grant is one of the most capable and reliable operators I've worked with; a truly invaluable asset to the organization whom I would hire for any team without hesitation.
