The campus
- Helped steer a capital campaign that raised $8 million for a centralized youth campus addressing housing and wildfire resilience. The campus is now open.
- Tracked construction budget, schedule and contingency through every board packet, from groundbreaking to opening.
- Supported funding from the Legacy 25 campaign, the State of Oregon, the Ford Family Foundation and corporate partners.
Governance
- Provided financial oversight through a finance department restructure, line of credit approvals and the annual audit.
- Brought nonprofit operations and technology experience to decisions on program expansion and funding priorities.
- Championed youth programs in conservation, construction, education and leadership development.
Term
- Served August 2024 through September 30, 2026, including more than a year as a remote board member after moving back to the Charlotte area.
