Getting a whole organization using AI safely, not just buying licenses. Most rollouts stall at the tool, because adoption is a people problem.
Proof
Took a 300-person nonprofit from no AI policy to 100+ trained staff. I wrote the acceptable use and client confidentiality policies first, evaluated 7+ platforms against privacy standards and drew 30 RSVPs in one week for the first session.
Building training from needs analysis through evaluation, designed so every learner can get there. Training that isn't designed gets forgotten.
Proof
3 recurring programs (84 sessions a year), plus an AI training series with branded materials and full facilitator guides, all built on Universal Design for Learning. I also run the LMS (Viva Learning) and produce video with Camtasia, Loom, Clipchamp, Canva and Snagit.
Teaching live, to any group, in any format. The best design still has to land in the room.
Proof
150+ training engagements a year in person, remote and hybrid, from one-on-one screen shares to emceeing an organizationwide AI conference. Plus 66 new hire orientations a year.
Learning evaluation (Kirkpatrick)
Measuring whether training worked, then using that to fix it. If you can't show impact, training is the first budget cut.
Proof
Designed a satisfaction program that scores 4.94 to 5.00 out of 5 across six categories. I also turn help desk patterns (14,200+ messages a year) into new training.
Data and reporting (Power BI)
Putting the numbers in one place so leaders can decide faster.
Proof
A KPI system tracking 73 measures across 19 programs, with a Power BI dashboard leadership uses to see the whole agency at once.
Moved the rental assistance application from paper to online, so 2,300+ people could apply without printing or delivering anything. I also built a tracker for the 2026 to 2029 strategic plan covering 6 goals and 42 initiatives.
Starting programs from nothing and making them last.
Proof
Grew registered volunteers 38%, to 1,421 active volunteers giving 18,965 hours in 2025. Rebuilt the safety committee: 124 inspections across 31 sites with zero uncorrected hazards. Started the agency's first sustainability program and moved its statewide rank from 87 to 44.
