Rebuilding the committee

  • Reformed the committee for OSHA compliance and trained members of record and inspectors on hazard identification and incident investigation.
  • Recruited 14 inspectors across 31 locations.

Running inspections

  • Project managed quarterly inspections at every site: 124 completed with zero uncorrected hazards.
  • Overhauled hazard communication, including rebuilding safety data sheet binders for all sites.
