What we built

  • Created the agency's first sustainability program, improving its rank in Oregon's Top 100 Green Workplaces from 87th to 44th in one year.
  • Launched a can recycling program that has collected 80,000+ cans since launch, plus e-waste events that recycled 500+ pounds of electronics.
  • Built a self-sustaining budget of about $1,500 a year from BottleDrop deposits and grants I secured.
  • Still chair the team remotely from Charlotte.
